33Drive Terms and Conditions
At 33Drive, we value the privacy of our customers and the responsible use of personal data collected through our website. We take appropriate measures to protect your information and ensure that it is used only for legitimate business purposes related to your booking and our services.
1. Reservations
Once a reservation is made through our booking system and confirmed, 33Drive will send a confirmation email with your booking voucher within 24 hours. This voucher contains the essential details of your reservation for your arrival.
We use your email address only to send booking-related information and your phone number only if we need to contact you بشأن your reservation.
If you wish to modify your reservation, you must contact 33Drive by email and clearly provide the requested changes. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that all modifications can be processed.
By using this booking system, you agree not to:
make false or speculative bookings
use the booking platform for unlawful purposes
use the name 33Drive for commercial purposes without prior written permission
use the booking system to improperly research competitors, prices, or internal business information
2. Booking Cancellation
All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
If a reservation is made less than 48 hours before the pickup date, any prepayment made is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
3. Customer Requirements
The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information, including a valid mobile phone number, and must remain reachable at the time of pickup.
All passengers, including children of any age, are counted as passengers and must each have an individual seat. The number of passengers must never exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle.
Smoking and drinking inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
4. Pick-Up and Drop-Off
For airport pickup, it is essential that 33Drive receives the correct flight number and arrival time. If this information is not available at the time of booking, you must provide it at least 2 days before departure by email or phone.
For airport delivery, our representative will wait at the agreed pickup location holding a sign with the customer’s last name, unless another meeting arrangement has been confirmed in advance.
5. Privacy Policy
33Drive is committed to protecting customers’ personal data. We collect only the information necessary to process reservations and fulfill our service obligations.
Customer information is kept confidential and is accessible only to authorized employees or partners who need it to complete the booking process or provide related services. All employees and business partners are required to respect confidentiality obligations.
6. Complaints
Any complaint or issue must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the vehicle drop-off date. Unfortunately, complaints received after this period cannot be processed.
7. What Is Included in the Price
Unless otherwise stated, the rental price includes:
customer support
additional driver
child seat
8. Minimum Driving Age
The minimum age required to rent a vehicle from 33Drive is 21 years old.
9. Required Documents
To rent a vehicle, the customer must present:
a valid driving licence
a valid passport or identification document
10. Accident, Damage, or Theft
In the event of an accident, damage, or theft involving the vehicle, the customer must immediately inform 33Drive and the local police, and must follow the instructions provided.
The customer must remain at the scene of the accident until the police arrive, unless leaving temporarily is necessary to assist injured persons or to obtain urgent medical help.
11. Border Crossing
Vehicles rented from 33Drive may not be taken outside Morocco.
12. Deposit Policy
No deposit is required, unless otherwise specified for certain vehicles or special rental conditions.
13. Cleanliness Policy
The vehicle must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. If the interior of the vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty state, an additional cleaning charge may apply.
14. Parking and Traffic Fines
All parking tickets, traffic fines, toll charges, and any penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the customer.
15. Loss of Keys or Documents
Loss of the vehicle keys or vehicle documentation will result in a charge of 500 EUR.
